Name That Douche Bag! 20 February 2012

This marks the third week of what is undeniably the least popular trivia game on the Internet, Name That Douchebag! Here's how you play. I show you a picture of or a quote from some incorrigible villain, and you have to guess who it is! Submit your answers here or by Twitter, Facebook, or e-mail, and the first person to correctly answer will be crowned KING/QUEEN OF ALL KNOWLEDGE.

We're upping the ante this week! Who wrote the following in a recent column...

"Modern democracy, which means power of the people, cannot be limited to simply going to the polls and nothing else. I believe that democracy includes both the fundamental right of the people to choose a government and also the possibility to continuously influence it and its process of decision-making. Hence, democracy needs mechanisms of regular and direct action and efficient channels for dialogue, public control, communication and feedback."

Wait, that sounds pretty spot on actually. Doesn't sound like the talk of a douchebag? Well, here's your hint: it's not what is being said, it's who had the gall to say it.

Good luck, people! Winners will be announced Wednesday!
